HI guys.. I have an oppurtunity at a private clinic and I have yet to complete my step 3.. so guys can u please..please tell me which one is better option..with interview times coming up..in Nov.. please some one reply.some what confused.. thanks for reading my post

Well...not sure how much useful observership is going to be at this time since your CAF and letters are already submitted..sure, you can talk about it during the interviews but I'd still vote for giving Step 3, espcially if you want an H1B...best would be if you can do both at a same time..cheers!

I think it would depend on the period for which observership is being offered. If it is for a short time and you have some time to study in the day (provided its not too hectic), it might be worth a shot. It all comes down to your ability to juggle the two well. It always helps to have some experience in the US even if you cant use the US LoR for your application. I have also heard giving step 3 early always looks good when you go for interviews. But the programs know that you are giving it for visa purposes and as long as you give it soon enough( maybe by Jan or so) it shouldnt be a problem I think. Its just a thought and I am no expert in this matter!
