is tetanus prophylaxis required in a firat or second degree burn?

also the parkland formula..is it required to calculate the deficit only or is it the total fluid. basically i wanna know if we need to add maintenance fluid to the vol calculated by parkland's formula or not.

giving fluid to a burnt patient:
first day:4.area.weight+maintenance(2000ml)
second day:2.area.weight+maintenance(2000ml)
on the first day the deficit is devided by half in the first 8 hours and the other half in the rest.but maintenance is givven equally.
