hey... I hope somebody can help me... I`m now preparing for Step 3... but I want to know if take the step on february... Do I can still be in order to get a H1B visa ?... If so... Do I can ask it on my interviews?... How can I ask for it ... or handle it ?... Thanks for your reply !

Hello Mac,

Most of the H1 programs require u to take and pass step3 by dec 31st.Some say u should pass step3 before the rank order is submitted that is Feb 22.

My suggestion is the earlier the better.Dont take chances.If u have some interviews in hand then study hard and complete ur exam before going to interviews so that u can tell the PD that u r waiting for results

the earlier the better. But some of my friends did it after match too. But it helps if u do it before match.

but... did you can get and H1B even if you do the Step 3 after the match ? ... If I get an interview ( not yet ) how I can handle it... Do I have to tell the PD about it... or they will offer... I know there is some students that offer to pay the visa tuition... what about it ?... thanks... Is it difficult to get a HIB visa ?... or this can be get to anybody that applies ?...
