I am IMG, I would like to go to either Canada or USA for postgraduate studies. Let's say I applied for 50 programs in the US and also applied in Canada. Then after the match results are out I find myself matched to a program which is is low in my list AND I found a proper slot in Canada. Can I turn down he matched program and go to canada? Or if I match to a program it is a MUST go situation?

you can always turn down and go to canada. But you cant turn down one program in US for another.

Ok if for an example I applied for matching and got matched to program least on my favourite list. Can I turn them down and try my luck again next year (after doing more attachments and research work)?
