Um, well...they would have exactly opposite symptoms for one, except for decreased renal output, which would be present in both.

No...your ICF H2O would leave the cells to normalize your plasma osmolality.

Check plasma osmolaloity Plasma osmolality is high in water deprivation and low in SIADH
