Can some1 explain me the entire visa process?
I am a British overseas citizen,studies from India n currently residing in middle east. Planning to give ck this month. Will be giving step 1 after this. For 2008 match wen is the right time to give cs n wen shud i apply for visa. and wut type of visa? I m currently unemployed so will that affect my chances of getting a visa? do i hv to come back after cs or can i stay there until getting residency..Thanx in anticipation of ur response

take step1 in dec,2 in march,cs in may.u need b1 visa.plan properly for 08 slot.u r not late but not early also.complete step3 befor u attend interviews may be befor sept.thats it.
staying in us depends on the interval of visa that u would get.if u get it,its better to do some observership s well
