Need help,
I have 2005 Kaplan internal medicine notes, some pages are missing
I need these pages 285-288... If anybody can send these pages I shall
be very thankful to you ppl.

I know its a hard work to scan and send in email but please somebody who has scanner send me at star4usmle@yahoo.com
