I'm trying to apply to some prog with my credit card but when I select okay to payment I find Could not process your Card: Status= failure-hard Error = Declined Transaction ID Error Code = 12

what is it? I don't have any prob with my credit card...

just check in the details you have provided,may be sumthng is wrong with them

This happened with me too,but it was fine later

I think the credit card company had a suspect of illegal transaction on your card..to make sure they usually stop the payments..
so make sure u contact the card company and make sure u have enough credit..

Or check ur credit card limit...u might have exceeded it..GL
