The following statements about Chromoblastomycosis are true except:
a. It is caused by copper-colored soil saprophytes, such as Phialophora and Cladosporium.
b. Rapid presence of clusters of violet-colored wart like lesions after an initial infection.
c. Skin scrapings with KOH reveal copper-colored sclerotic bodies.
d. It is treated by itraconazole. Large lesions could be excised

Is it D? I read that chromomycosis should be treated with flucytosine or thiabendazole
