Could anyone help me out?..., when introducing yourself with the patient and defining your role, how should I introduce myself if I am a IMG?..., as a Resident, Medical Student, IMG, Physician, please help, I would really aprecciated

Hi, I am Dr. Smith. I am the doctor on duty today at the clinic/ER/walk-in clinic/office.
Always ask the patient's name and introduce yourself as Dr. Smith/Jones "ON DUTY" today.
Always start the opening statement as "What brought you here today, Mr. Jones?"

the way i did it was like this
"good morning mr_____. I am dr ______, how can i help ypu today?"
or...... "good morning mr_____. I am dr ______, Ill be seeing you today...it seems that you have been experiencing (chief complaint) lately.... tell me more about that..

Hello Mr.Jones
Let me introduce myself, my name is Dr. AAAA, I am the doctor on duty here today. I would like to ask you some questions and then I will do a physical examination.
Firtsly, Let me cover you to make you feel more comfortable.
OK, please tell me what brought you in today!
