yes A is correct

Nonsystemic antacids (e.g., calcium carbonate, aluminium hydroxide, and magnesium hydroxide) are less soluble and buffer the gastric contents to approx pH 4.0. They act locally and produce no drastic changes in acid-base chemistry. Furthermore, they do not trigger gastric Hcl sec. Al(OH)3 reacts with Hcl to form insoluble AlCl3 which may cause constipation. It also binds to tetracycline, preventing absorption of this antibiotic
