GREAT QUESTION!!!
its great solving questions like these...speccially antihypertensives and diuretics! tricky ones!!!
can you give some clinical indications of reserpine in hypertension?

  #6

Reserpine is OLD FASHION( blocks neuronal transport of NE between the cytoplasm and vesicle),rarely used because of low efficacy and adverse effects CNS depression and adverse effects sexual dysfunction and increase gastric acid, etc.
