it is a neoplastic lesion with abnormal cellular differentiation!! I'm wondering! Isn't ''abnormal cellular differentiation'' a finding ONLY in maliganant neoplasms??

Hyperplastic:benign
Adenomagriniv into 2 types may be 3
1)Tubular
2)Vilous
3)Tubullovillous
tubulovillous and Villous propensity to be malignant
Level of differentiation of cells subdivide the subtypes in adenoma polyps
i am hoping i understood your q correctly?if not correct me
