I am ECFMG certified, 90/97, 5 yrs after grad, publications
BUT
I failed Step 3
Do I still have a chance this year or I have to take it and apply next year?

I think, based on my readingsm that you can still apply this year.
Do you know what you might have not done right? How long did you prep? What did you use?
