There is a contradict in answer E : "normal but offer a cardiology consultation"

If Normal, nothing is needed except consultation.

PLus the fact that Referalls are ONLY FOR OPHTHALMOLOGY .. !! Others ATLEAST ON THE STEPS ... we are supposed to deal by ourselves .. so D it is ... and Examine again in 24 hours .. is as the questions tells us that .. it is normal in 50% .. therefore abnormal in the other 50% .. !! ..
