E. coz pt needs to conc. while listening.

PT comes in with CONFUSION .. and INABILITY TO CONC .. PLUS the pt is 60 Yrs of age .. SO .. I would rule out the optoins that are playing with Memory .. !!

So the best option would be a simple dictation .. I SPEAK ... YOU WRITE IT !! ... ?

u need to concentrate to speak d nos. in reverse orders...
dictating is not a part of MMSE....
refer BRS behavioral sci...

i think C, its a part of MMSE counting numbers backward to test concentration
