Hi, I am going to reschedule my step 1. The prometric charged me the fee to change my test day. But, the confirmation email they sent to me when I scheduled the test said there is no fee to change the date prior to 5 business day.
Anybody has the experience ?

call the prometric center and tell them about this problem . it' s their fault and they will make a refund.
don' t worry, you'll get your money back. they are experiencing problems with their site

No one answer the phone, only automatic information.
Anyone can share the reschedule experience ?

As malkut said, the have serious issues with their website. i called the 1-800 number that was there on the orange slip. just be prepared to wait for a long time before u actually get to hear humans speak.. all the best

i dont' t know what is your regional center. i called the europe center three times and they answered in a prompt manner. Even if you don' t reach prometric, you can mail ecfmg , tell about this problem and ask for a refund. the refund is made by ecfmg(at least that is what prometric told me to do)

yap I experienced that too but instead of rescheduling it thru the computer, I called the center & there was no fee. The lady though was kind of rude & did not offer explanation as to why $90. was being charged .... Anyway just call...

if we cancel the test and then schedule it online , do we still have to call the prometric people ??

cancel ur previous appointment and schedule a new appointment from the very beginign by this way u will end up having a new appointment with prometric and a new confirmation number too.

I just rescheduled the exam and it's true what Muzammil wrote. You have to cancell the appointment first and then schedule it form the beginning. This way you wont get the message saying that you have to pay 90 dollars to reschedle. Thanks muzammil : )
