It is a very nice concept of networking amongst medical students/residents. Has comments sections for individual programs and nice way to meet interview partners. check it out..

it's kind of using the MySpace concept for residency candidates.. but, the part I like most is that you can find others who are interviewing at the same program you are and meet with them before/after the interview.
