Email them saying that your Cali letter has reached ECFMG and would be uploaded soon. Also, in the same email, offer to send in a copy of the PTAL letter directly to their office by Fed-ex/UPS overnite if they prefer...

why not scan it yourself and attach it in an email? ngt.

I had Cal letter pb too..I called 1 program & the prog. coordinator told me their program accepts Cal letter & all other docs ONLY thru ERAS & does not accept any hard copies...I think most other progs do the same...but callig all progs that u have applied to,& telling them to wait 2-3 days till it gets uploaded is not a bad idea...ask em if u can mail em a copy of the letter...if they say yes,then go aheah...hope that helps....
