Adult protective services or Police??

I guess it depends, if its an emergency situation, then you would call the police, otherwise you notify adult protective agency

child abuse & elderly abuse are mandatory reportable comditions in the US so if u suspect it u report it to the police but the spousal abuse u don't report & let the abused spouse make the decision for themselves but u can council them about it.
