yep u r correct Prinzmetal is treated with calcium channel blocker and in this pt would alos effectively lower blood pressure

No answer is nifedipine for treating this pt's Prinzmetal angina and also to lower his BP

yup! answer is A. nifedipine is a vasodilator that can dilate coronaries...hence used in angina! nitrates...like nitroglycerine.... dilate veins better...not used in angina! you guys are all correct....i just thought i'll add this.
