Hey guys,
I am sorry to post it here but i know all of you guys pass the CS adready, so i need help from you guys, please.

I will take the CS in 2 weeks. Would you guys please tell me how i can write the Patient now efficiently and timely. Is it ok with the SHORT SENTENCES (in HPI)?
Sometimes, I put the Verb first. Another sentences i Put noun or adjective first. Is it ok ?
I am very anxious about that because ECFMG increase the standard to pass CS.
Help me, please!

I look forward to hearing from you guys.

Thank you very much

The PN can be quite easy to write. you just have to be schematic:

1.Present illness: write the age and sex (a 34 yo F comes to office) write the main complaint (for headache of 3 days dutation). write the characteristic of symptom (the headache is sharp, 7/10 intensity, irradiation, etc.) write the associated symptoms, the alleviating factors, the precipitating factors

2. PMH; 3. PSH; 4. medication; 5 OB/GYN; 6 FH; 7 SH; 8 PE and DD

you don't need to write a dissertation. be brief, schematic, put some abbrevations without exageration. You don't have to think about what to say... it must flow GL

try to write PNs acording to samples in FA or UW.
Do it every day, try to write couple of PNs every day.
I did it, day by day, and i could see how i've improved in writing PN.

Hi vsp99,
Do You mean that we write the long sentences like ones in the FA or USMlEWord ?
Can we have enough time to do like that ?
Thank you, guys!
