I am confused about that.. I have F1 visa for MS and right now I am in USA...

completed step 1 and will apply for 2008 match... my study(MS) will end in next december.. So, is there any problem to get Residency??

or it is easily converted into J1 or H1b by hospital that offers me a residency spot..

or it is hard to get residency with this F1 visa...... I don't know about that please help me regarding that...

The only thing that I can offer is that you cannot start a residency on an F1 visa. I don't know about converting because that happens at the immigration end of it - not the residency end.
