Hi imnotamit, nice to read your experience.I hope to visit NY soon.

So far my experience has only been in Arizona and Southern Cali. I had never thought any part of US could be this hot but arizona is burning hot even in late summers. But what amazed me is the greenery and level of comfort in the city developed in the middle of a desert. Somebody told me that Phoenix alone has over 200 golf courses, Amazing !! I would love to do my residency here but I guess I may have to settle for east coast due to my visa requirement. Another special thing about arizona is the giant cactus plants. It takes hundreds of years for just one of the branches to grow. And ofcourse the city protect them as their treasure. Going to visit grand canyon next week. GL to all.

this was one of my fav experiences in the USA..

i am an avid trekker/backpacker..in summer i went on a backpacking trip to Isle Royale national park which is an island national park in the middle of lake superior...7 days of no civilization/no television/no motors..felt good and rejuvenating...totally enjoyed myself...Lake Superior is majestic, and awe-inspiring,...walked a total of 35 miles in 5 days, with sore muscles and blisters on feet, and then looking at stars in the sky, or listening to loons and howling wolves, and the sun rising on the horizon, such a good feeling, almost made me want to write poetry..

I have been to most of US but love WISCONSIN. America,s dairyland and my dream land. Love Appleton a small and quite town only 3 hrs drive from CHICAGO. Having priveleges of metro and simplicity of small town.People r very nice with helping attitude. Sceninc views. Beautiful lakes and Fox river. Fine weather although bit cold during winters. I will Love to do my Residency overhere. If unable to do so will like to come back and practice.
