yes mehandera u r right this is C
t1/2 = 0.693 Vd/ total body clearance (TBC)
so
1440 min = 0.693 x 40,000 ml/ TBC
or
TBC = 27,720 ml/ 1440 min
TBC = 19.25 ml/min

1 day = 24 hours (each hour has 60 minutes)
so 24 x 60 = 1440 minutes
