supra ventricular tachycardia main stay of treatment is adenosine .
and verapamil,( not tobe given iv wpw syndrome .)
iv esmolol is treatment for a.fibrillation which is a type of svt .infact svt is a term given to broad range of arrythmias above ventricle . i think vt and vf are from ventricles all orhers above this level including sinus tachy cardia are included in svt.
