OA at DIP joint- Heberden nodes
etiology joint trauma leading to joint space narrowing, bony sclerosis,and subchondral sclerosis,osteophyte

I dont know how common is viral arthritis, anyone know and which agent would be involved.?

viral arthritis is due often to measles, mumps, rubella, parvovirus and is commonly a source of joint pain in a child.
