I am applying to both my Internship (PGY1) and my residency (PGY2-4).

I am a little confused about how to behave during my prelim interviews, what does your program normally look in a Prelim candidate?

Thanks

We look for someone who is serious about a prelim position followed by another program. Not someone who wants prelim to just get their foot in the door.

And why not someone just for one year? We can't guarantee that we can offer a year for the prelim residents for the following year.
