A 45yr old woman comes with a mass in her left flank. 2 months ago she had hysterectomy for cervical cancer that had invaded beyond the serosa of the uterus. The mass is largely composed of a markedly dilated renal pelvic and calyceal system. Diagnosis? a)hydronephrosis b)vesicoureteral reflux c)hypernephroma d)nephrosclerosis e)pyelonephrosis

A. Hydronephrosis is right choice but i think it's cause be compression of ureter due to tumor not invasion (i could be wrong).
