Hydronephrosis due to invasion of ureter by cervical carcinoma

Best of luck

A.

Hydronephrosis is right choice but i think it's cause be compression of ureter due to tumor not invasion (i could be wrong).

A ,due to COMPRESSION of ureter by ca. invasion or stricture post op due to operation in my opinion
