Got two interviews today:
Milwaukee, WI (Family Medicine)
Tulsa, OK (Family Medicine)
2 rejections so far:
Stamford Hospital, CT (Family Medicine)
University of Mass., Worcester (Family Medicine)
My creds: 2006 grad, 79/78/pass/77 all first attempt, 2 years USCE, ECFMG Certified, need J1 or H1-B visa.

I received my first FP IV from this prog, creds 90/98/pass/83/need visa/2000 grad/2 US LoRs.
