Somatization is not a defence mechanism. And that too it has to have 3 GIT symptoms,Neuralogical and seual symptoms.for a peroid of time . And no pathology to be identified. I think it the headache in the question is simple Anxiety or Stress. Of course that is not given as one of the choices. In the choices given May be Somatization is correct.
