In a congestive heart failure patient, the pleural effusion is unilateral or bilateral or either one?

What is the charateristic of the pleural fluid finding is, such as protein, Glucose, WBC and differential?

Thanks for any input!

Usually it is bilateral pleural effusion with characteristics of "TRANSUDATE" .But in pretty good number of patients it may be unilateral and more on right side than to be on left side

Best of luck
