Conidine is the only centrally acting drug. The rest are ganglion blockers (peripherally acting)

correct is is a alpha-adrenoreceptor agonist and decreases sympathetic outflow and therefore decreasing norepinephrine

MOA of cloinidine , being alpha -2 receptor agonist, blocks sympathetic outflow from Medulla oblongata. Epinephrine and Nor epinephrin from Adrenal medulla is secreted under this stimulus of this outflow. So ,Clonidine is the choice.This effect of Cloinidine is the basis of Clonidine suppression test for Pheochromocytoma. Best of luck
