I got Cali letter 11/2005. Do I need to renew it for 2006-2007 residency application?

Yes,You need to renew it after a year. Also, call the CA Med Board? Get it from the horse's mouth...

I think you need to renew it on an yearly basis...quite sure of that. Coz u need to apply for a liscence once you get a residency spot in CA and therefore should have a current and valid PTAL..
