Atropine blocks the muscuranic receptors . Physostigmine will reduce the symptoms by competitive stimulation.

Actually S/S show that he is poisoning with some parasympatholytic agents like atropine.It has effects on - CNS = agiation ,hallucinations
- Peripharal = dilation of pupil + tachycardia + fever due to lack of sweating
There are two drugs in the scenario which can combat it effectively - Neostigmnin = acts only on Peripherally because does not cross BBB
- Physsotigmnin = Crosses BBB ,so effective
- centrally
- peripherally
