All the time, you won't believe, because my thinking is, "What if I got something right now, let me check it again!". Tons so stress. I am swimming in an ocean of stress (lame metaphor, I know, but it's the only one I could come up with, given the fact that I've just gotten home, just checked my mail, and found another little wonderful rejection from Nevada University FP) !

Good to know that many guys here are having OCD. I was getting paranoid, if its only me with this OCD. I have all the features, obsession with emails from programs. compulsion to check it as frequently as possible ( I am working, and email acess is difficult).
Distress if not able to check email. Distress relieved the moment i check my email. having an insight that what i am doing is not needed.
Wish we all get over this phase and happily say I am matched......

it is worse for me because i work in front of the computer most of the day...i think i will hide out in the lab this morning...
all my documents have finally been loaded...now i am really nervous!!!

 i feel better now, itīs good to know that many or most of us are doing the same thing, checking our emails and myeras in a very anxious way, every 15-30 min, jaja i was starting to get worried about myself  . i feel refreshed and releived now.
now, i think i will to jog to relax a little bit.

I had 2 invitation e mails that never reached my hotmail, only my ERAS (and i set the junk filter to low), so now i'm paranoid also (maybe, like someone said, there's a hacker MD around here stealing accounts, invitations and falsifying documents, maybe he uses the rubber masks like tom cruise in mission impossible to go to the interviews). OMG!!!!
