It is lateral medullary syndrome. Contralateral loss of pain and thermal sense on body = spinal lemniscus Ipsilateral loss of pain and thermal sense on face =tract and nucleus of spinal trigeminal Dysphagia, hoarseness diminished gag nerves reflex = n. ambiguus, Ipsilateral Horner syndrome (miosis, ptosis, anhidrosis, flushing of face) = desc. hypoth. fibers Ataxia to the ipsilateral side = restiforme i donīt know any mnemonics for all this crap, just going to have to painfuly memorize it
