hi, i am wondering if we can apply the program while our documents are still under scanning in ECFMG; i.e. if we send out the document to ECFMG today, for example, the documents need ten-day to be scanned as ECFMG claimed; can we apply promram tomorrow or we have to wait untill all of the documents scanned and complete before send out application?
one more question is, do we need send each program the USMLE transcipt while we apply or we can hold until they ask?

go ahead as soon as possible; they will have your PS and your transcript so it will be a start...don't wait; I had a problem with one of my LOR; it was sent on sept 6th and yesterday I saw it on my OASIS and it will be scaned finally one day but I already applied and got interviews. GL!
