I know about your photo not being viewable by programs until they have already invited you, but what if my medical school transcript has my picture on it. It can't be issued without it there, bearing part of the faculty's seal of which the rest appears on the paper for credibility purposes.
Should I try to hide the picture while copying the transcript??
Please, help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm honestly also afraid of possible "prejudice" because I wear a scarf (hijab) .
I know I shouldn't think that way, but you know how it is.

Why would a scarf matter? If a program is going to not interview you because you have a head scarf in your picture, would you really want to consider that program?

Thanks bbb, I'm sorry I can't help thinking that way. I still get uncomfortable looks and attitudes every once in a while.

It might turn into an advantage to you, they'll see someone who is religiously aware, has ethics and is not afraid to show it.
