Hi guys
Does anyone know what ecfmg asks for from your school after you have written the exam and are waiting for ur score?? Please let me know, very curious.

Normally its a part of verification procedure that your credentials are genuine. So they ask your med school to verify it. Thats done when you send them copy of your diploma and final transcript which they send to your school and also tell you incase your school doesn't send it back to them. So that you can do it personally after verification from your school. This is done when you apply for exam not when you have written it already. I think what you are referring to is if there is some delay in verification. I am not sure about it. What I have read is that they do with hold the result.

Ok so all i have done is finished my basic sciences 2 yrs and am writing step 1 on Nov 30th, so they won't ask my school for any verification then?? I am assuming that this for people who have graduated then right??? Please let me know thanks.
