A 35-year-old man comes to the physician because of a 3-week history of pain with urination and blood in his urine at the end of urination. yes. Schistosoma Hematobium.
Hematuria. Common in Egypt(Africa). Risk of SCC of the bladder.

ya,although condoms r not 100% effective in preventing STDs,in context to the qt we'll 've to asume that.moreover in usmle they project everything infectious will rather be contracted outside us rather than inside it.
