Hey Laptop,
My LoRs, Transcript and the Photo are going to be scanned in the coming few days(were receieved on the 14th). Would you suggest applying to programs now i.e. without the availability of docs or shall I apply once they have been scanned and are available for programs?
If I apply now, will the PDs look at my application, which is incomplete?

better to wait a few days. it shouldnt be more than 2-3 days though

Yes and no ..SOme will do and others wont..If you dont apply then even these "some " wont have a chance to look ..If you do apply then these some will look now and others will look later when the appli is complete..Where is the harm in applying now..

Amir that defamed thread was started by me..I named it ..didnt know that i will have to stand on the spot to fight a libel suit aggainst me..Its all over now and we have grown a rose garden there ..Tommorow i am gonna fedex a bouquet of yellow roses to you in appreciation of your service as credential verification service.

Yes u can apply now, i see no harm in applying. Rather it might save you from the cap that some programs apply to max. number of applications they will screen.

This is interesting docrocker. I didnt know that there were 'caps' to the no of applications received.
I was under the impression that incomplete applications would get rejected.
I will speed up the process now.
