Which gene therapy method cannot be used for non-dividing cells.

A) retroviruses
B) liposomes

docarchana, i remembered seeing this in harrison theres a big chapter on gene therapy
anyway, ive looked over it again and it seems retroviruses cannot infect the non-dividing cells. i do not know more, probably because it inserts its genome into host's as i do not know why liposomes, which are lipid drug particles can
