Hi I am from Peru as well. I am applying this year for IM residency and I already submitted my application and got one interview and 2 rejections. I am still waiting...Though is hard to receive letter of rejections is part of the process.

Hey, I guess you guys have applied to Henry Ford right? did you get an interview there? Are you going to the interview here in Lima?

Yes I have applied to Henry Ford and... still waiting. I have a lot of friends there and they told me that it 's a great program with a lot of opportunities to match in a good fellowship afterwards. Dr. Sher is the PD and people told me he is looking for recent graduates with good scores.
I don't know what are my chances there 'cause my stregth is research. Though, I got interviews at Vanderbilt and UAB.
