Does anybody knows if i take cs in last week of nov and my result fr that comes b/w jan31-feb21,wil i be safe to participate in 2007 match and NRMP.thanks.

we are in the same situation, my cs is in Nov13, I just hope and pray that everything will be in time. Officially we are not late for the match, but we are definitely not in a good postion to join the match 2007, however i will try ...
