Can we have one personal statement showing interests in two differnt departments! for exampe Obs & Gyane and Radiology?

no ,You should MAKE ONE FOR EACH speciality .THE CENTRAL THEME MAY REMAIN THE SAME BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOW STREAMLINED INTEREST FOR THE APPLIED SPECIALITY , Radio ps for internal medicine is just like giving paracetamol for diarrheoa .oR USING roller skates for swimming.
