This is not from Pretest rather it is NBME step II question.One of my friend asked me this question ,that is why I know it. I have no answer but would like to go for "b" i.e CPR immediately till defibrillator is ready. Best of luck

I would also pick b), following the CPR for young children, I may be wrong but I think there is no reason to ventilate or put a EV via if there is no cardiac function right? please sb explain
