If someone is on a prelim position on a J1 and he/ she has to change programs/ institutions in the same/ another field of study.... Is there a limit on the number of such switches?
Someone told me that a person on a J1 cannot change programs more than twice...! True or False????

hi xavier,
i have heard that once you get J1 then you cant change it to H1 and i'm sure its not a part of my delusion; but its worth checking with PC of the programs you want to pursue
