I checked tracking, some programs downloaded my PS and stuff 5-6 earlier than USMLE transcripts, does that mean they are interested or not?

Don't freak out friend... they are interested (at least we hope so!  )
Updation of transcript takes longer than usual as compared to other documents. So some programs may get the remaining documents on one occasion and the transcript and any other docs that weren't downloaded shall be downloaded a day or two later.
happened with a lot of us folks here...
Chillax dude.... ABSOLUTELY no reason to worry still.

One most liekly explanation is wat xavier said.
Another less likely but not unlikely explanation is that the PD is a drug addict and is undergoing rehabilitation in a detoxification ward.So he might have been given access to ERAS software in the ward and he might have started theh download of your documents.In the middle of the download the withdrawl effects of drug could have excalated his anxiety origially pptd by seeing stunning credentials of candidates from this forum .So worsening withdrawl effects could have led to stopping of download..Realx ,he is being treated,,as soon as he is ok he will start download again.,
May be you could send him a recovery card.I am buying too .WIll start sending from tomorrow
