Hi Im an IM Student and Im a citizen of Sri Lanka, been out of the country all my life. I need to get the letter from the Ministry of Health for the J-1 visa. Anyone who has done it before and could tell me who to contact and what mode would be the best? Looking forward to hearing from you all...
